Housing

Marian University's Ancilla College is committed to providing all students with a comprehensive educational experience. While Ancilla does not require students to live on campus, the residence halls at Marian University's Ancilla College may end up being the place where you'll encounter the most inviting and supportive community you have ever experienced, and it will inspire you to make the most of your college experience. Revel in a scenic environment full of opportunities for your intellectual advancement, delight in new friendships with like-minded (or not) individuals who will encourage and challenge you, explore your faith, explore your city, and, most importantly, explore your own potential on a historic campus that also features just the right amount of new and shiny!

Rooms with private bathrooms are now available in quiet, clean, three-story residence halls with fireplaces, media centers, study areas, laundry, and meditation rooms.

  • Ancilla housing room rates and meal plans are charged on a semester basis.
  • Residential students are required to pay a housing deposit of $125 in order to reserve a housing space. Students who are 21st Century Scholars pay a $25 housing deposit.
  • Housing deposits roll over from one year to the next; therefore, you do not need to pay one each year.
  • You must apply to Marian University's Ancilla College for admission before applying for housing. Apply for admission now! There’s no cost to apply.
  • Rooms are assigned based upon the date the housing applications are received.
  • Residents are able to select their roommate as part of the housing application.
  • The Director of Residence Life and/or Resident Director reserves the right to move, consolidate, or add residents to rooms without the approval of any resident. Residents may not refuse administrative room changes.
  • If you will be requesting a residence hall accommodation based on a documented disability, please contact the Director of Residence Life, at skeen@marian.edu with Personalized Learning Center, at plc@marian.edu
